Green Card Medical Examination Information
I-693 Exam: $300 Payment
We accept cash or credit cards. (No insurance billing)

Laboratory Test
BLOOD/URINE TESTS: QUANTIFERON TB Gold, RPR TITER (18-44 years old) or GONORRHEA (18-24 years old) Urine Test
*The USCIS requires all applicants 2 years of age and older to have a blood test for tuberculosis (TB). Skin testing is no longer accepted.
Immunization:
If you have records of your past immunization, bring them with you.
Medical Examination Process
- Identity Verification and Form Completion:
Submit a valid passport, complete personal and medical information, and provide vaccination records. - General Examination:
Doctor will perform basic physical exams and assess overall health. - Lab tests:
including blood and urine, will screen for TB, STDs, and other diseases. - Vaccination Review and Supplementation:
Doctor will check vaccines and give any required by immigration law. - Completion of Medical Examination:
Doctor will complete Form I-693 and seal it in an envelope. Do not open.
